I'm a St. Louis native living in Brooklyn, NY where I’m pursuing a creative career in the photography industry. In 2017, I graduated from the University of Missouri with a journalism degree specializing in photojournalism, as well as a minor in Spanish.
My love for photography began as soon as I got my hands on my mom's camera when I was 12 years old. From then on, I took pictures of everything I could. What started as a hobby evolved into a passion for telling stories, capturing fleeting moments, and viewing things from a different angle.
"We take photos as a return ticket to a moment otherwise gone. We take photos to recall - with greater vibrancy - those experiences that have shaped and made us. We take photos to bridge distance and shorten time, to lend legacy to the little things and life to the forgotten. We take photos to feel like artists on a Tuesday – and storytellers on a Sunday."
